VK QuickView is a client/server based visualization and control software for electroplating machines and runs under any version of Windows including Windows 11.
Connected to PLC with standard interfaces (OPC Server, Ethernet, Profibus, etc. …), it offers not only an human-machine interface specially designed for surface treatment machines but also the possibilities to integrate specific production process into each installation.
Besides the HMI function, VK QuickView controls and optimizes the production schedule according to the sequences defined by the user. The instructions for the hoist movements are issued by the software to PLC which will execute these instructions.
